Pests ingest plant treated with SPEAR® RC and a low dose of Btk (LEPROTEC® WG)
Btk crystal proteins damage the gut and allow access to the nervous system
SPEAR® RC binds neurotransmitters and opens ion channels
The open channel disrupts the nerve cell
Affected cells cannot send signals
The result is paralysis and death
